Manicure questions

Hiya I am not long started out with nails and was looking for a but of advice on manicures.

I do a basic manicure and polish but will be doing a manicure along with hand mask and hand and arm massage. But when do I fit the mask in? Do I file nails, apply cuticle cream, soak, curicle remover and push back cuticles then do a mask?

Also what kind of things do you ladies offer? Do you do an exfoliating treatment and mask and massage?

Any advice would be great x

My luxury one is the same as this and they can replace the mask with paraffin wax for a little extra xx
