Can anyone recommend a good dvd or book that can help you add to your massage?
I did buy a dvd but it was pretty similar to what I did already. i would like to be able to do some more moves especially on the neck and back.
Our massage class had to join the sports therapy boys class and it was a huge class.
Our lecturer had a lot of experience but i think because she had a big class to deal it was more focused on a sports massage which is fine, but not very relaxing.
