Hi there

Can you recommend a massage course for a no hands massage course or a really good refresher as I do a lot of swedish massage at work?

Thanks

For "No Hands Massage" look at their site - NO HANDS Massage- Advanced Massage Training Courses (I'm an Advanced Practitoner of it)

You may also want to look at Injury Prevention Massage (I'm a trainer and do one-2-one courses) which is very similar to NHM but I prefer it, the introductory course is one day. PM for more details.

There is a guy called Darien Pritchard who has also developed his own techniques you may want to look at.

And if you want some reading material there is the book Save Your Hands (forget the author).
