Micro/nano square or triangle sectioning

Hi I was just wondering what method everybody preferred using in regards to sectioning for each bond, square or triangle?
I was only trained to do it in squares but I’ve heard that you can fit more bonds in by doing it in triangles.
Has anyone got any examples of there bond placement for each please?
