Minx training?

I use Minx and found it really easy to get the hang of, I am aware that there are free workshops run which understandably some tech`s gain confidence in procedure and application from attending, there is no official training required (at the moment) other than the obvious (Mani cert etc). So I just wanted to ask how is it that other companys not directly connected to Minx or SS can offer training and charge for it? If in fact the company are buying Minx from SS then running a course on it and charging??? I just feel its a bit of a rip off.

where to are these workshops i havnt used minx yet but i am dying to use them lol x
