Yes and yes. Tbh, it's the one thing that is a PITA for a mobile 'cos there's nothing else you can do except drink a cuppa and make conversation!!

Another way to broach it is to tell her she pays for the hour of your time soaking off or takes another treatment (ie pedicure/facial/waxing etc) so that she's getting something for her money and your time is spent wisely!:hug:
