hi has anyone tried an inflatable foot bath when doing mobile pedicures. Also what soaks, lotions etc do you use. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanx:)

Hi, i use a foot bath with disposable liners for hygiene reasons and jessica zenspa range, also paraffin wax treatment is lovely for the feet..xx

Hi ya,

I havent tried an inflatable foot spa, but I have used an electric foot spa which I found a bit bulky and heavy to cart around, so now I have a pedicure bowl with disposable liners (beauty express do them), then I dont have the weight, the bulk, the need to bring an extension cable or all the sanitising after.

The products I use are OPI (premium pedicure) or Salon Solutions (basic pedicure), both of which are fab.

HA HA DONT USE AN INFLATABLE FOOT BATH !!! i got one it lasted 2 days befor it got a hole in it and started deflating whilst a client was soaking her feet not very professional at all i got it cause im pregnant and my spa was getting abit heavy for me but its more trouble than its worth . i use nsi spa ritual range. and abit of O.P.I.

That's the sort of thing that would happen to me, ha ha!! Plus, I have visions of my standing there blowing it up and then sitting on it to deflate in front of the client. An electric footspa looks more professional I think. I use Creative and OPI polishes and Circaroma for my hand and foot care.

Hi yeah im not sure about the inflatable foot baths as do not think they look very professional.

I also prefer the pedicure bowls with the disposable liners however some of my regular clients prefer the electric foot baths :irked:. bit of a pain as they are much heavier!!

i've got one made by Heel to Toe (from Sallys) and had no trouble with it. You'd have to go some to pierce it and my clients like that their feet are cushioned. I've tried bowls & footspas and this works for me.

Happened to me too! Finally got sick of either blowing them up or of them not actually inflating! Bowl with liners for me to.
