Hi all,

I'm considering running from a small salon I'm currently home based but to be honest I'm not a huge fan working from home! I have seen a great shop in a town I want to be in so considering biting the bullet am I crazy?! I can't do mobile as I have fibromyalgia and it wouldn't suit to carry lots of equipment etc around all day.

The shop is on a great road with parking out front and a pay and display the other side it has two gyms very close and the town if quite affluent.

Any advice, ideas?

Xx

Calculate the rent, business rates and bills. Add an extra 50%.
Work out what you take currently on a bad month - half it.

Can you afford to pay the bills and live on that still?

Depends how risk averse you are really. Same people take the jump and get lucky. Some not so much. Really can be luck.
