My first set of UV Gel Sculpted Nails

These are my first set of UV Gel Sculpted Nails using NSI Balance UV Gel. I welcome any feedback you can give me as I want to improve. It took me 3 hours 10 mins , so my mum was getting restless towards the end! Will I get quicker with practice???

Simple answer, yes you'll get quicker with timing - I never believed I would but went from taking about 2.5 hours down to 1 hour 15 mins.


I know you said your Mum became restless but if & when she lets you give them another try, you can still straighten up on your filing which will make them look much neater than they do at the moment, the little fingers inparticular could do with a re-shape to get the pointier bits off.

I don't often do sculpting but when I do, I do find the smile lines pretty tricky and think for a first attempt you've done pretty well with them.

Keep practicing ... remember, practice makes perfect
