It was really weird I know but the light reflecting from your index finger in the original picture sort of looked like a cat or dogs face so I made some nail art on your index finger.......do you like him? LOL!

what product do I use? well... Young Nails acrylic... lol...
the blue is called "canadian blue" glitter and the other is called "crystal" ( I think...hehee) glitter.
