If it's not ok for him to be on the site, then it's not ok for you. Whether its to set him up it not.
Sounds to me like he wants to have a relationship with you which is what society would consider 'normal' but he has another side to him that excited him. He clearly wants to keep the 2 separate as he keeps his sex life with you exclusive and doesn't want to share you.
I think your options are to either sack him as you aren't prepared for him to keep secrets or you accept that this is what he wants and let him keep his secret hobby to himself and accept this is the type of relationship you have.
Neither is right or wrong, it's just down to what you want from him and only you can decide what you will put up with.
But please don't go down the sneaky devious side of things to find out as it always makes things worse long term.
