Nail adhesive question

When using nail adhesive to put tips on, we have to scrubfresh after the tips are on, i was wondering why is that? Does nail adhesive not adhere properly to a dehydrated nail surface ? Thank you

When applying tips our fingers can touch the nail plate so it would be pointless using Scrubfresh first. Just make sure when you do use it that you don't get it onto the tip, just the nail plate 😊
