Nail art beginner

I've read books, watched tutorials, looked at pictures and I'm very very excited about doing some nail art.

So please can I have some recommendations about what to have as a starter kit including what brushes, tools, polishes, pens, glitters etc you use.

I'll be doing it mainly using my shellac but will also use gel and acrylic overlays.

For glitters and foils I don't think you can beat irresistible's range, if your buying from the UK sweet squared stock them, pigments powders (CND additives) also from sweet squared and the colour shack on eBay also stock some great pigments just make sure you look at there cosmetic grade pigments. Crystal nails and also Sam Biddle do nice quality nail art brushes. Hth x
