Nail Art Competition themes for college

Hi everyone

For college we are doing a nail art competion during our level 3 nail services course (I'm really looking forward to it). Each nail has to have three of the following elements freehand, airbrushing, embedding, 3D, cutouts. During the last lesson the tutor asked us to come up with some theme ideas. This is what we came up with in class:

Fantasy - already been done so thats out the door
Memories
Special Occasions/Events

So we've been asked to think about it further, I've come up with the following ideas:

Nature - as it covers a multitude of concepts, flowers, animals, weather etc.
Culture - tribal engravings, language etc
Artistic Imagery - your own interpretation of a specific artists work, this could cover all art mediums

I was just wondering what you lovely geeks thought of some of the ideas I've mentioned, and thought that some of you may suggest further ideas.

I think that the ideas you have come up with are good,
your tutor should be more than happy with you.

Thanks Louise for your positive comments :hug: I wasn't sure about my ideas as I didn't know if they would translate well onto nails.

I feel more confident now about suggesting them.
