You can get nail art stencils from Nail Kandy and some on eBay. I find Nail Kandy the best place for things like charms, stencils, stickers etc... I would say Swarovski stones are the best quality stones to use as they really glisten and lecente glitters are really good too. Not sure about the book of stickers though I've never seen them.
Looking through previous posts on here give you really good pointers and places to buy from too.
