Nail bar dilemma. . . ?

Hi guys!!

I am renting a nail bar out to someone soon, she is brand new to nails and i have been doing them for 6 years and im a master.

I have alot of regular clients now, and i need to make a fair way of diving clients between us? Obviously im going to have to give her some benefit for a while, but if i give her all new clients during december, i will lose alot of money??

Well we all had to build up a client base, yourself included ..

I would see how she goes with the nails, timings and the clients and pass a few her way where you can or want, if the clients dont object, but to be fair she should be able to build up her clients herself.

I wish someone had passed me a few clients lol

Well when i had my salon in the UK... i took on new employees.... i know not the quite the same but same pricipal... she will not be thinking you will give her your clients... she needs to understand that it will be a slow process...... u will know the clients that you want to keep and the ones you dont.. pass her the ones you dont first.. the ones that cause you a headache....think we all have a few..lol...( but of course only if they are happy with it), also the clients that you can not fit in for an appointment say you have a new lady and if they dont mind this time they can book with her........... this will also give you time for new clients for yourself... as december is great for that....... then you can pick your cream of the crop so to speak make your days more enjoyable and your new tech will be hapy that she has clients to start........... if she is good at what she does then come december with all the new clients she will build no problems..... keeps everyone happy.....just explain to her it will take a little time ..... hth...Hx
