i run a hair salon very large i have enough space for 5 nail bars which i want to rent out ... what do i do with stock ect do i choose what services they do... what avrage rent for a nail bar in a town center salon xxxx please help

Depending on where you live it's between £50 -£90 "rent a chair" for nails. They would then pay for all products themselves but you would have to agree on the products between you as it wouldn't be good if they were all using different,one saying one was the best and another saying another was the best, very confusing and wouldn't give a proffesional image. You should talk to them and agree between you what services are going to be offered . I would strongly advise a proper contract to make sure you stay in controll with so many chairs rented out although they will be self empolyed it is still YOUR salon and your reputation at stake .hth x
