Nail Bar & Tanning

Dear Friends!

I have been a mobile nail tech, later worked from home, but now I decided to open own proper business. I would like to rent a property (hairdresser was there before) and open there a nail bar with sunbed. The property has now planning permission A1, so finally question: Is A1 permission will cover my nail bar and tanning? I am asking here, as I am not british, so regulations here in UK confused me... Also I would like to ask who knows good companies who can lease or profit share a sunbed.
