I'm currently 21, and I've bitten my nails since I was a toddler. I stopped biting my nails about a year ago. My thumb, pointer, and middle finger have grown out a decent amount, but my ring and pinky haven't.
I was wondering if you knew of any way to encourage the nail bed to re-attach to the skin and to grow out as close to normally as possible. Or are they permanently damaged?
