Nail problem

What's wrong with these 2 nails .. Is it fungal? Or is it psoriasis ??? I refused to treat until I know!??
The client went to doctor but wasn't very helpful.. She's due to go to chiropodist soon for advice., but thought if ask you guys on here!??

I would say that's a fungal but she definitely needs to get a second opinion and get that treated!
