Hi everyone!

This is my first post!

I just wanted to ask you all what you think about the prices on:

www.jacava.com

I'm thinking about buying some nail tips, gels and some glitter for my nail salon in the future, but I can't decide whether to go ahead and order something! Are they good value or a total waste?

Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated! :)

Thanks!
Tessa

Their products are made by Sina a china company used to be a supplier of mine product quality for nail art is very good not so sure about the gels and tips others will have to answer that for you, personally not to much of a range to choose from and there purchasing method seems confusing to me

Yeah I thought I'd seen those products before somewhere!

The way you order is by typing the product codes into a form which I think is kind of quirky and exciting!

I think I'm going to order some tips, £9 for 500!

Thank you for taking time to help me out!

you say you get your supplies from somewhere else, where? Are they better quality/cheaper?

does anyone know of anywhere cheaper than Nail Products, Nail Supplies, Nail Salon Supplies | Jacava ?

I dont know why the title of the page has come up, I meant to say:

"does anyone know of anywhere cheaper than w w w. j a c a v a . c o m?"

I'm not too familiar with computers!

Hey there:)

If your looking for good quality products I would highly recommend
0141 561 9861
Affiniti Nail & Beauty - Nfu.Oh, Mundo, Pro Impressions, Nfu Oh, Nail Products

They offer everything your after x

I had a look at Affiniti, they seem to be a lot more expensive than Jacava!

I do like the polishes though!

It depends what your after :)

They do Pro Impression tips which are a very good price and their acrylic sytem is amazing.

I do love those fruity slices on that site eh? I want some:)

Yes the polishes come in a cool bottle, good colour pigment too x

Thats just what I thought! I've already ordered some nail tips from jacava.com, I think i'm going to get some polishes from afiniti too!

I know what you mean about those fruity slices! I like the real flowers as well, they must have well over a hundred!

I have just taken a look at this web site and the nail art and flowers look lovely! But Tips, be careful, I have brought cheap tips before and never again thankyou, some of them wouldnt even adhere to the nail plate! Anyway lesson learned for me, always good qulity tips in future. In no way am I saying these tips on this site are that bad, I am just saying be warned! Sometimes its best to pay the extra.

I've ordered them now!

I'll keep everyone posted whether they are good quality or not!

By the way, where do you get your tips from?

Thanks

Tessa

Hi Tessa,

i used to buy the edge tips from capital but they were often badly cut! Now i use Nsi Express nails tips from www.thenailwarehouse.biz - they are more expensive but they are worth every penny more. the saying 'you get what you pay' for definatly applys when it comes to nail products!

Thanks for that!

I've had a look but they too seem to be a lot more expensive. On Nail Products, Nail Supplies, Nail Salon Supplies | Jacava I ordered 500 tips for £9.99. On www.nailwarehouse.com their tips are £19.20 for 400!

I can't believe how expensive they are! I thought £9.99 was a push!

i know they are alot more expensive but when you compare the quality - i honestly can say they are worth every penny. i have never ever had one that was badly cut. Who did you train with hun? i trained with the edge which alot of people will agree that NSI Ezflow CND etc are in a completly different league. when i saw the prices compared to the edge i thought OMG but once i tried them i thought there products where fabulous! and i dont mind paying the extra when the nails i produce look lovely and they last!!

let me know how you find the tips - i am intrigued hun!

I trained with the Nails and Beauty Academy.

I will let you know whether they are good or not! They should be though, because the pictures look good and their other stuff looks really well prepared!

Idd, I'd also love to know and hope they are fine :) I got mine long ago, I cant remember where from now. It was before I did my training with CND, I think some cheap whole sales place. But now Id never go cheap again, its not worth it. Saying that, the ones you have ordered could be fine and a lovely product :)

I've added you both to my contacts, I'll let you know what the products are like. They said the delivery time was 5 days, is that a lot?

normally when i get things from www.thenailwarehouse.biz they take two days but just because it says five days doesnt mean it will take that long - often companies over estimate because the post isnt always reliable! i do hate waiting when i order things lol - i am so impatient. i forgot to say i ordered some predesigned tips from nail delights the other day and they were fab hun - fast del and they where good quality! would defo buy from them again!
