Nail 'rehab' programme

Hello geeks,

I have a lady wanting to come to me for 'nail rehab' she is a nail biter wanting to get them to a stage where she can have colour gel polish applied.

What kind of programme/schedule would you offer a nail biter?

How about a mini manicure every week, with either a clear gel overlay or polish, lots of cuticle oil and a care sheet. (If she's up for a bit of colour, all the better. She'll soon notice the difference). Good opportunity to do a little retailing too :lol:
