hi does anyone know where i can get my nail trainer repaired. It no longer stays fixed to the desk
i emailed essential nails TWO weeks ago and still no reply!!!!
can anyone help

hi, i also had no joy when i e-mailed essential nails about their home learn courses so i phoned them instead and they were so helpfull

When I was having trouble with my nail trainer staying attached to the desk, I was really brutal and 'amputated' the hand from the arm at the wrist section. :twisted:

I much prefer it this way - although it was a bit extreme, and may not suit everyone!

The policy at EN is that if you return the nail trainer to them they will repair any defective parts for free.

Just return it with a letter stating your problem and voila!! They will send you a new one.
