Natural again

Hey, okay so I'm not a hairdresser but I'm wanting to go natural I'm proper ginger naturally lol I'm bright purple the now, my hairdressers not wiling to touch my hair as its boxed dye on top of box dye is there anything I can do to get my natural hair colour back thanks x

Unfortunately no one will give you advice on here as its professionals only [emoji53] but all I can say is find yourself a decent hairdresser! Just because it's box dyed doesn't mean it can't be coloured professionally- a good hairdresser will do strand tests and thoroughly test everything before doing any colouring
