I just had a booking for a natural overlay and im thinking what the hell is that?? clear acrylic over the natural nails???? panic stations a go go!!!
could someone fill me in please?

Sometime when someone says natural they mean french, happens to me all the time, we sit down and I ask them what they are expecting and they say you know the white bit on the end, lol. If its not that then usualy a pink or clear all over. hth. cx

it generally means acrylic l/p or gel over the natural nail. ie no extra length.

some may want clear, some pink or french or colour overlays.

if its a natural look they want i personally like a translucent pink as it just adds a healthy glow to the nail. but others may think differently, its a personal choice.

Agree with Susan....and you've also got to make sure you talk to them first and make it exactly clear what they are expecting at the end. A lady said to me once she wanted natural overlays....and after talking to her...she wanted me to apply natural coloured tips and cut them quite short with pink l&p over the top...just to make them all look the same! xx
