Need advice on colour please

Had a client come in today whose colour I haven't done in over a year looking for me to do her colour again (been doing it herself at home) her hair is very dry and broken. Currently she has about an inch for regrowth base 5 and midlenghts and ends 9/04 wella (similar to the before picture) she brought clip in extentions( the bottom half of the 2nd picture)and wants her hair to match. So my thoughts are roots bleach +30 mid lengths and ends bleach+pastel rinse then foils 7/07 +pastel and tone the rest with 10/1.

Any other suggestion or advice would be great sorry it's so long

Its cool she was in yesterday and I went with a different method worked out well. Thanks x
