Hi, as neon is all the range in the shops at the moment (well, primark!!) i'm getting asked all the time for neon nail art. I have some fab inm 'bright lights big city' neon colour acrylic powders, and they are gorgeous, really neon, but i'd like paint, to be a bit more versatile, and I just can't do flicks etc with polish.

I use anita acrylics and have every colour they do I think, but they don't do fluorescent or neon. I'm looking online but can't be sure if the colours are bright enough that i've seen. Vallejo model paints have bright colours, but does anyone know if they are suitable for nail art?

Also does anyone recommend using humbrol acrylic paint? They do a water based acrylic paint in metal pots. How easy to use are they?

As with my usual lack of patience, i'd like them yesterday please!

Many thanks :)

Anyone? Thanks.... just bumping it up x

I have some 'flourescent' acrylic paints in a small squeezy bottle (200mls) I bought them from my local artist supplies shop ages ago. They are water based, maybe try that kind of shop - but ask for 'flourescent' instead of neon, it's the same thing tbh - my teenager clients love it.

Hello!
I just got a fab deal from my local arts&crafts shop. Artmate Fluorescent Colour set of 12 bright neon colours. Here is the link (click on a magnifier glass under the pic):
Tiimari - Maalikynät ja -värit - Akryyliväri setti
They look more bright in real life!
I know they have Tiimari shops in Finland but really not sure about the rest of the world. Maybe it still helps:lol: If you are in real trouble finding the paints then pm me. I´ll send you some:lol:
