Does anyone know if neon & ultra violet glitter are the same thing & if not how are they different?

Neon is a bright colour that 'appears' to glow in normal light.
UV (black light) glitter/colours are designed to 'glow' at night under black light (UV light)
But do not glow any other time...
I have seen Neon colours that are also black light ...

Thank you for that Envy. It sounds like the neon one is the one I want.
They are selling neon & UV in black too but I can't quite see how a black neon or UV would glow.
