Neutralise red tones

So i have a client that ive tried all kinds of shades toners additives and i still cant get it right. Even if shes blond or brown she always gets that red orange undertone almost copper.when its blond .and when we go darker its a.reddish brown. What can i do ive tried blue/purple violet green adding a pinch of black shes at a level 7 and wants to
maintain a 6 or 7 in a brown any suggestions

Have you tried illumina 5/81 +7/81?
Or you could try kp 30g 6/1 with 2.5g 0/28?
What base is she naturally?
