Hello,

Seems the best help I always get is from these forums - I love Salon Geek yey!!

just want a bit of help again - I am applying for a business starter grant and my advisor has asked me to get something in writing from the salon owner to confirm I am renting an area, cost etc...

Does anyone have any idea's how this should be wored - I am going to type the letter for the owner and she's going to confirm and sign etc... I am just lost with were to start and how much detail to put in HELP!!

Is it an actual business plan you need to write hun? or just show some sort of proof that you have an area to rent? A full business plan covers everything form a description of your business to your market and your financial forecasts over the next years to name just a few! Or do they need the proof and your costs and then help write the plan? I teach business studies so any questions pm me chick and i'll be happy to help.
xx

Hia chick thanks for responding - its not the actual business plan i need help with but the letter I need to supply with my business plan. I have to give them a letter from the owner of the salon confirming that I rent an area in her shop, i said i would do the letter on her behalf because she is so busy but I wish I never suggested it haha - i think its just to prove i am renting an area in the shop and the cost etc but i am a bit stuck on wording and how much detail to put on the letter .......

It may be what is called a license to occupy that you need. I would maybe key this into google to get a sample copy to go from. If you get in touch with business link they will also be able to point you in the right direction.
Hope this helps.
