I have a new client coming in Tuesday, (she is actually my next door neighbour so I have to get this right! :))
She is unhappy with her hair; originally grey but blonde put all over and copper streaks. She wants the copper removed and the blonde lightened. Will a bleach bath do this?

Bleach bath I part bleach 1 part shampoo 1 part water, or swap water for peroxide?

I would recommend a color remover... Going at hair with bleach baths you are risking shattering the copper molecules and driving them even deeper into the cortex of the hair. I always go the route of a color remover before bleach in any case.

Ok great advice thankyou.
