I am looking for a recommended salon in London that is renowned for doing rocking good spiral perms.
I have a girlfriend that has a particular look she wants - and certainty it's something that can be done. She has shoulder length virgin hair and wants q tight curls and a new permananent red/mahogany.
Any advise gratefully received. She wants it done for summer - in the next 3-4 weeks.
