New to Loreal. Help needed

Hi. I'm New to Loreal and a client wants to go from bleach H/l to about a level 7 all over. Would you use dia riches? And would you pre pig first? I'm used to matrix!! Any help would be appreciated

If the hair is sensitized then you would precolour first with dialight (8.3+6vol in this case), shampoo, dry then apply the DR 7. But when you are usually darkening you don't need to precolour with DR (up to 4 levels) but I would just add warmth if you feel the hair needs it.
