Hi girls, hope you're all having a lovely evening.

I've recently undergone some training and am attempting to get into the bridal package side of the business. I'm trained in hair, make-up, spray tanning and nail treatments. I do have basic training but sitting my VTCT soon. Any tips on how to advertise myself mobily?

I have a website and have linked up to adwords on google and posted on a few free websites. However, i am getting a load of hits but no business. I know a big key factor is that i dont currently have any pics on my website. l ive just advertised for models willing to let me do their hair and make up for free.

Anything else i can do?!

My long term goal is to open a salon of sorts, i know i have a very long way to go and need more qualifications under my belt. In 2 years i plan to have a home salon and 5 years will look into opening a salon depending on my research. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi & welcome to the site :D

If you do a search on here you will find loads of helpful hints & tips to help you advertise, there is a very long detailed thread on here by Lynne Baker regarding promoting your business which you will find very helpful.

Its always worth doing a search first before you post a thread as I ususally find my questions have been asked & answered before.

Another tip - put your website address on your signature line, so when you reply to a thread it comes up (helps get your website out there a bit more)
