Hi ladies

I want to offer a new body treatment for the new year - one that doesnt require any more training. I am already trained in massage and was wondering if anyone uses any AMAZING wrap or heat treatments for thighs and bum or whole body that i could offer to clients.

Something that works well and smells fab if poss.

If you use a particular product already that you cannot recommend enough please let me know. Cheers : )

Are you aromatherapy trained?

I would steer away from body exfoliation unless formally trained. I would also check with your insurers if you are going to do something that you are not trained in.

I didnt think i would need more training as i'm already nvq 2 trained and have a massage qualification so why would a wrap or cream need more training?? surely application is pretty much the same no?

If you've already got a body massage qualification then I would say that exfoliation is fine to do without formal training, so long as you practice practice and practice as its all about getting the technique right, e.g. making sure the client doesn't get hold, removing all of the scrub effectively and with the right tools (hot towels for instance). It really is about the practice on this one.
