Hi everyone, i have been lurking for a while now. I think this site is wonderfull and very imformative for a student like me.
I am studying with VTCT doing their beauty specialist course level 2 and enjoying it very much.

Hello and welcome from one newbie to another! I'm also doing that course, are you due to finish soon?
Where do you hope to go when you have finished that course (i.e further training/ salon work etc).
I'm really enjoying the course too, i think taking the course was the best impulse descision i've ever made!

hi we should finish in june some time, i hope to go on to level 3. I'm self employed as a massage therapist so doing beauty is another way of gaining clients for me. i have just recently been offered a job with a spa which is close by to me..not sure if i will take it or not yet.

i have wanted to do beauty for such a long time but only got round to starting the course last year other things just got in the way)


what are your plans after you finish the course?

it really is lovely, i have been going over some of the tutorials which have been a huge help...just found out today that i only have 8 weks left before a finish...its gone so quick!!

I'm planning to go mobile offering the services i've learnt, i'm learning spray tanning this week, i'm hoping to do a course in advanced waxing and then at the end of the year i'm planning to train with CND. Then if i'm doing well enough i may consider renting a room or something along those lines. My main aim is just to be my own boss.
