Hey, I'm new to the site and industry.
I'm starting my nail course soon and am sooo excited, Cant wait to get started .

Was wondering if any of you would be kind enough to talk to me a bit about it.
What's it like, cause alot of people I think are trying to put me off it by saying I wont make much money, with the credit crunch, people not wanting to spend money and people saying there not good enough, or just not getting enough custom.
But I'm going to start as a mobile nail tech, where's the best place to get portable manicure tables and bags?
also what prices or offer's do you guy's do, cause I was thinking of doing girlie nights, and I'm looking everywhere for the best deals on things before I start buying.

Welcome to the site and I hope you enjoy looking around.

Most of your questions can be answered by using the search facility on the bar at the top. For example if you type in key words it will bring up endless posts about your query.

Your biggest problem just now will be if you start out without sufficient money behind you. Those with salon businesses are still doing very well with nails because they already have a clientèle. To build up a clientèle just now especially when you would be new and not an expert will be difficult .. I won't kid you.

Im a newbie and love it here, theres so much to learn and lots of people with so much experiance.
Definately use the search option, theres so much info hidden away. grab a cuppa first though because you might get quite settled :lol:
