hi all

i made an order for the nailclass book from mundo last night but i have not recieved a confirmation email or anything to say my order has gone through.
Should i have recieved an email or should i just expect my purchase in the mail??

Thanks in advance for any replies
 
I find sometimes mail from unrecognised addresses goes to my junk mail and I think I havent received anything and I have.

If you are in doubt then call them in working hours tomorrow and check.
 
give them a cal if you have not recieved anything to confirm i ordered something the other day and found that i had mis spelt my email adell
 
Just to confirm with them that your aorder has gone through give them a call and explain. As you dont want to be sitting waiting on order and it doesnt come and at same time you dont want to re-order and end up with double! I have done that before when no confirmation email came through for a tunic! x
 
thanks for the replies....i'll check through all my spam mail in a mo.I did check my bank account and the money has been deposited so i think i might have just missed the e-mail.if i can't find it i will give them a call tommorrow
