Hi, I'm looking for some help and recommendations in regards to purchasing equipment for a salon for non surgical face lifts and body toning. The most recent post and recommendations I m able to see is from 2011 and I am looking for more up to date suggestions. the last recommendations I seen were more towards Caci and just wanted to see if that was still the most popular choice.

any help would be appreciated

thanks

I've just ordered icon ultralift, getting trained and machine installed next week. Does face, body and no needle mesotherapy. I'll keep you posted, I can't wait!

I am CACI. But I'm sure you'll have fab results with your machine. They are quite popular now with therapists. I'm moving onto advanced skin tightening combining Caci into the service for even greater results...My clients are concerned with Turkey neck so my new machine with disperse the fat cells and tighten the skin. I went with the lipofirm plus.

Hi I have just brought the Derma co pro vx machine , the results are great and after having had caci I find this machine far superior , half the price of caci and a much nicer company to deal with !

Whilst I accept your personal opinion, Caci have been world leaders in the medical field and in non surgical facelifts for over 20 years and their name is recognised worldwide. Technology advances continually but let's be fair. . the machine is only as good as the therapist behind it!. .. I've never even heard of the machine you're talking about but that's not to say it isn't as good.

I have replied on a similar post with the amazing results I had with this client after just one treatment. She is now nearing the end of her course, and I will take a final pic when we have finished!
This is after one treatment using my Silhouette Dermalift.

I use Silhouette too and I absolutely love it. NSF is my favourite treatment of all and the look on new clients faces when they see the results after 1 treatment never gets old. These pics are brilliant. Such a great result.

I have not trained with Caci but have watched training vids, seen the results and again its amazing.

Its Silhouette for me because its what I'm used to. I trained with thier microdermabrasion and use thier vaccum suction machines too.

The one thing that I feel needs improving is the skin tightening. (Although this could just be me!). I have two clients who's facial muscles I have lifted but they suffer with loose/too much skin nothing I do will tighten it to the results I want to see and would be happy with. I'm going to try every machine possible to work along side my Caci to see if I can achieve my results without heading to the kitchen for a knife and my sewing box...and the necks. .. removing the fat pockets under the chin.. They are on my hit list also.

virtues, I agree with you 100%.
I have many Clients, who over time have achieved an excellent lift, but are still left with loose skin. The clients are pleased with the lifted muscles and contour definition, but I am rather a perfectionist and other than the 'bulldog clip at the back of the head option!', would love to find a piece of equipment that works well on skin tightening, alongside the muscle toning machines?

Ha ha... bulldog clip..I will keep this as a last resort. I've researched and asked many questions to machine manufacturers regarding skin tightening to work effectively alongside my CACI. So far the lipolift plus for skin tightening and removing fat pockets around the neck and chin seems one of the best and result driven options so I have just purchased this machine (not got it yet). I was very impressed with the results and that medical certification is given. I do know that not everyone has the luxury just to go out and buy machines but if I can get this to work I feel I will be in an amazing position to offer a higher service level to my clients and a higher price to match. I have a lot of interest already. I, like you, am a perfectionist I am always looking for improvements and greater results. I'll update you when I have some results.

Dermaroller for mild to moderate sagging.

Just a thought?
Did you buy the machine for face and body or just face. I appreciate there is a demand for body treatments, but I specialise in facials and I am so busy, I struggle to fit in my clients as it is.
I do not want to start offering body as I would not be able to accommodate more clients/treatements. I looked at the Lipo lift, but the Face only machine, was not much less than the combined?

Dermaroller

It doesn't remove the fat pockets. Is this a form of advanced needling? Where blood is present? I have the face and body rollers from Environ but they do not cause blood these are used to make small channels in the skin for product enhancement. I haven't gone as far as in salon needling. I hate blood.

I have purchased the combined. I have a few ladies who don't like the cellulite on their arms and legs. I know I can sell these body services to my clients.

Best to refer them for medical needling. Yes I meant to more invasive version. x

There are other treatments available such as Thermage RF, full blown Mesotherapy to name a few. But it depends on how much that there is a lack of elasticity. Beyond a certain point I tend to think that surgery is the best/only option.

Sorry Virtues! Am tired this morning and keep editing

Take a look at the ThermaVisage RF8 from Carlton Professional, it works to firm up loose skin by tightening the collagen bonds that are already in the skin, as well as stimulating the fibroblasts to start to produce more.

Brilliant in combination with microcurrent treatments!

Oh my goodness! I want this! Need to find out if I'm allowed to use it over here

Dermaroller, dermastamp brilliant. Radio Frequency skin tightening .
I have had fantastic results with medical skin peels. TCA in particular.

I do feel though that some clients go beyond the point of no return and there is no beauty treatment that will deliver the results. Sometimes surgery is the only way.
