Has anyone tried the new C Curl lashes from Nouveau? can they really be placed on downward lashes?

when you say downward lashes do you mean the bottom lashes or a top lash thats facing downwards?
if you mean a top lash facing the wrong way any lash can be applied to this using the hook attachment
