I rang the other day and spoke to noveau (a lady called - Debbie) they are so helpful made a real impression on me, it actually helped me choose between the various companies i rang, although i got to save i think customer service plus a lot of geeks on here recommend them - i got a info pack through the next day, let us know how you get on though its so hard deciding
