Hi. I'm NSI trained. There's lots of threads here about scrubfresh and nailfresh (don't know what the difference is?) to help with lifting. Can anyone tell me if NSI Cleanse is the same thing. If so, should it be used before or after dehydrating with nailpure. Also, would scrubfresh be compatible with NSI products

NSI cleanse is used to remove the sticky residue from the gel, its always advisable not to mix different systems chick. hth..x

Hiya,
NSI Cleanse removes the residue from cured gel and does a completely different job to scrubfresh.
NSI do a product called Nail Pure Plus and this is more comparable to scrubfresh.
Here is what NSI say about it on their site:
"A natural nail cleanser and dehydrator. New Nail Pure Plus removes dust, oil, moisture and contaminates from the side walls, natural nail plate and under the free edge to reduce possible lifting and promote adhesion. Nail Pure Plus goes beyond the capabilities of a standard nail cleanser, leaving microbial agents behind to aid in the prevention of bacterial infection long after the enhancement service."

HTH

Hi I use NSI and cleanse is used to both remove the dispersion layer of gel or perma gloss and to wipe over the surface of the nail prior to application of perma gloss or glaze n go. Nailfresh/pure is for sanitation and dehydration during prep.
HTH.

Oooops sorry bit late.

Thanks guys. I already use nailpure plus but still get a bit of lifting by the cuticle even though i keep away from it. Everyone seems to swear by scrubfresh, and anything that helps prevent lift is just fine with me. I spend ages prepping, and trying to get the right consistancy l&p and still get a bit of lift - sometimes after just a couple of days on myself. Guess I need lots more practice

I use nsi attraction l&p but have always used the cnd prep products (including scrubfresh) as described in the 'Perfect Prep' tutorial here on the geeks site. I only have 1 client with lifting issues and she is generally a nightmare all round, nothing to do with products. None of my other clients have any problems at all in fact it seems ages since I had to deal with even a small bit of lifting - so I guess that means that it can sometimes be ok to mix products.

Cheers,
Hazel
