Hi there, I'm hoping some of you experienced Geeks will be able to help me.
I've just started my VCTC Nail Tech at college so will be next March/April when I finish this. I've done my Mani & Pedi with CND, along with tanning and am hoping to start up mobile.
I have an ILA in place and have been looking at other courses I could use this for, so that I can offer more services. I'm looking at a NNO course at Scottish Beauty School, but it doesn't say anything about certification, so would this mean I wouldn't be insured to offer this?
There is also Hollywood Toes, again this doesn't mention certification.

So I guess what I'm asking is if you think it would be worth me doing?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you Lou x

Hi Lou

You definately dont get certs for Hollywood Toes, they said to me after the course it is an addition to your current nail qualification, I was abit disappointed myself. Cannot advise about the the NNO .
Hope someone can give you more info .

Thank you, I wouldn't attempt to do anything without the proper training, I'm a bit too much of a do gooder!!!!! I suppose I'm just concerned that if it isn't certificated that I wouldn't be insured to carry it out on paying clients. I won't be qualified in L&P til next March, but was hoping to do this in the interim.
I'll give them a call and see what they say.
Thanks again, Lou x
