Hi guys, This week has been a real struggle for me for some reason I have been having real trouble getting my powder liquid ratio right and also feel like I have totally forgot my technique and feel like every set of nails I have done this week have not been happy with, and tbh when I have been working this week I have been struggling a bit.
I have started to use the reverse technique rather than the traditional method I was taught with, and I am wandering if this may be the problem, as at first it was quicker and easier for me and crisper smile lines, yet now I feel like I should of just continued with trad method.
I mainly sculpt on a form, as my clients are of the nature that they believe on a form are BETTER than tiped nails, even though I will try and educate some, and inform them that they would get better results with tips for their type of nail beds.
ANyhows I had a young girl the other day and she had never had enhncments on before and she had beautifull long nail beds with deep c curve, with really long natural strong nails, she wanted me to put 'FALSE ones on' she said, so I sort of persuaded her to go for a NNO, two days later she rang and said they are peeling at the side, so I went to her home and tbh I was really pleased with them (couldn believe I done them ha ha) anyways on one or two nails with her having really deep c curve I think I may have slightly touched the side walls or maybe not got close enough, they were'nt lifting just slightly tiny weeny bit flaking (I cant find right word) now I filed and buffed etc and went on my merry way. 2 days later she text and said her thumb was doing the same,, arghhhh I text back saying by all means if she could get to me the next day I would take a look at them, her reply was she was out that night and wanted them done.....I just dont know how to handle these situations what should I say ??? I had a lady cancel today on me she was booked in for a full set and toes, she text and said, 'im sorry my 2 oclock appt (she is hairdresser) wants a colour i will be late for our 3 pm appt. So I said well I have appointments after you and can not be late for them,, she was not pleased,,how do I respond with out sounding harsh.
Essay nearly over now I promise ,,, when you have say a chipped nail near zone 3, do you have to file down the whole of the nail and then re-apply or can I just tackle zone 3,,also when doing a pink rebalance do i just concentrate on zone 3, or file down the whole enhacment and rebalance without doing zone 1??? sorry for such a long post guys,,, xxxxx:zzz:
