On scalp bleach and Olaplex?

When you do an on scalp bleach retouch and use olaplex do you have to use a higher developer? Normally use 6%without olaplex. Tia

No, Olaplex updated their measurements over a year ago. You shouldn't need to up your developer in any colour service.
You should also always follow manufacturers guidelines above Olaplex's guidelines.
So unless yiur scalp bleach recommends it, you should never go above 20vol on the scalp when bleach is concerned

Yes fine to use olaplex. Keep peroxide strength the same as what you normally use
