Hi geeks, I do hair extensions but I have a skin related question I need help with! I bought an Opatra dermasonic machine at a hair trade show a couple of years ago and it's been in a drawer ever since! Are they good? Will I get visible results? I find it confusing with the different coloured lights and what to do! So I guess my question is, do I break it open and use it or keep it new and sell it on eBay?! Any feedback would be appreciated thanks!

LED light treatments are big at the mo and I also have an opatra one as I was interested in getting the mask, but disappointed in the company communication that I didn't go ahead. I use the handheld device in facials and charge an extra fee to include it. I would say if you're not a skin specialist though and focus on extensions it's maybe not for you and to sell it on. Also it can't excite you too much if it's been hidden away for this time so I'd let it go.
