Hi all,
I am looking for a little advice, i rent a room in a hair salon but a local shop is coming up for let around the corner and i think i could afford it!! the only thing is there are 4 other beauty salons in the town already with me its 5. I have a steady clientele which i wouldnt loose (hopefully) and hope to increase it as i could be doing alot more advertising and able to retail alot more ect. Has anyone done something similiar to this?
What do you think should i go for it or stay safe where i am??
I am just getting a bit fed up with not being able to push my business in the direction i want to go in which is diffrent to the hairdresser so i feel i would be better on my own.
