OPI Axxium Soak Off- effective way to maintain natural nails?

Hi- We've been doing the OPI Soak off color gel. For soaking off, we've been using the file to take off the 1st layer of gel, then have them soak off the remaining. Is there an effective way to remove the old color gel without having to file or "scrape" off of the old color gel?

I want to make sure that we're not ruining customer natural nails.

Letting it soak off will take forever.

Gel polish should not take forever to soak off. You can gently file down the colour and then soak using pads wrapped in foil. Foil maintaines the body temperature mking the removal faster. you should use remover recommended by manufacturer. Easy-Soak bath is awesome for the purpose.
