OPI Gelcolor bottle with glass neck-is it fake?

Hello all... I usually buy my OPI Gelcolors from the main UK distributor Lena White but recently bought a couple online. The bottles are slightly different in that the Lena White ones are solid black but the other ones I've received (from the US) are half solid black/half clear glass. I've asked them about it and they have assured me they are not fake but simply different batches. Can anyone verify if the bottle necks are sometimes different? I think in future I'll stick to the main distributor but would be interested to know.

Hi I only buy from lena white and a couple of mine are like this. Literally the neck of the bottle...on my Cajun Shrimp and I think Pink Flamenco so should be ok xxx
