Yes. But when using Gel Polish over any soakable enhancment--it is better to file it off rather than soak it off to prevent weakening the underlying enhancment.

Also, do not finish the enhancement to a high shine surface like you normally would or the gel will peel easily. Finish the enhancement with a while buffer block. Most systems recommend that you skip the basecoat if applying over enhancements. Certainly I have done this for Gelish and Gelicure and it works well.
